Kristine R Ketcham

Ms. Ketcham has been fortunate to enjoy an in-depth operations and service career that has encompassed key positions with well known firms, including Convergys, American Express, Putnam Investment Services, MCI, ClientLogic, and Verizon. She has over 30 years experience as a senior executive and as a business management mentor, working with some of the largest business enterprises in the country.  She has planned and executed business reorganizations and numerous workflow redesigns, consolidations, and process re-engineering interventions.  She has also managed several, large scale service operations with significant, positive results.  Throughout her career, she has demonstrated the ability to work with key business people to successfully identify and analyze business problems, define strategic solutions to these problems, and effectively implement those solutions.

Unquestioned integrity, personal values, and a strong work ethic have allowed Ms. Ketcham to consistently exhibit strong leadership and management skills throughout her career.  These skills include P&L responsibility, deliverance of superior customer care, ability to effectively re-organize a work force for greater productivity, quality, and morale, and the ability to partner with internal and external sources to develop strategic relationships.

Ms. Ketcham recently began to manage her own business advisory service that provides practical business solutions to entrepreneurs.  This first hand experience has given her an understanding of the unique problems and issues faced by the business owner and insight into how to address them.  Beginning with her accreditation and association with The Institute for Independent Business, an international non profit accreditation body for senior executives, Ms. Ketcham formed and currently heads Ketcham Consulting LLC, a firm that she has dedicated to assisting business owners in the West Coast Florida area, to take their business to the next level of success.

Ms. Ketcham holds a BS degree in Business and a MBA degree in General Business Management.  She holds membership in several local organizations including the Northeast Exchange Club (a group of men and women working to make America a better place to live through one national project, the Prevention of Child Abuse, and other community services projects), Business and Professional Women (who’s mission is to achieve equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education and information), the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, eWomen Network (committed to supporting, promoting and showcasing their members' products and services and helping them achieve their professional objectives), Business Networking International, and heads the fundraising  committee for Academy Prep Foundation (Academy Prep is a private, fifth through eighth grade middle school educational program designed specifically to give children of low-income families an outstanding educational opportunity and the greatest chance for success).
